Loved using this for our event
Had so much fun using Once for our event! It gives that nostalgic disposable camera vibe, but conveniently on your phone. I love that you can set when the photos will be revealed and choose if everyone can access them after. The delayed reveal made it more exciting, and the recap video after the event was such a nice surprise. It was a bit short compared to the number of photos we had, but still really cute and fun.

TOTALLY WORTH IT

Can I use Once for free?
Yes, you can use Once for free with up to 5 guests. You can set how many shots each guest can take and decide how long your event will stay open.
Do I need to pay for every event?
Yes. Once follows a one-time payment per event model, not a subscription. This way, you never pay for time you don’t need. Simply make a one-time payment whenever you create a new event.
How is the price determined?
The price depends on how many people can join your event. You can use the pricing calculator at the top of this page to see your rate instantly.
What if I want to add more guests after payment?
Once supports in-app upgrades. If your event has already started, you can increase the guest limit anytime by going to Event → Settings → Participants.
How long can I use Once after paying?
Each payment covers one event until it ends. You can freely use the camera features until the event’s deadline, and after it ends, you can still view, download, and share your photos anytime.
Does Once renew or charge automatically?
No. Once is not subscription-based. There are no auto-renewals or recurring charges.
Can I get a refund after payment?
If you haven’t taken any photos yet, you can request a refund. However, once a photo is taken, it’s considered used—just like opening a real disposable camera—so refunds aren’t available after that point.
